Clove healthcare shoes are made of Clarino™, a fabric that is liquid-repellant, stain resistant, abrasion resistant, and (most importantly) easy to clean! Clarino™ is an advanced fabric that has the same microstructure as genuine leather, but is animal free.
We also incorporated a neoprene sock that allows easy slip-on and slip-off, with a liquid-repellant top layer and perforations for breathability.

Our shoes run true-to-size. We recommend that you size up by .5 of your standard size if you typically wear wide width shoes - this will give you 4 more millimeters of length and some extra width. Because our shoes are made of Clarino, a microfiber fabric that mimics real leather, they'll stretch slightly over time and mold to your feet for increased comfort.
We think that one of the best parts of our shoes is how easy they are to clean! Simply wipe shoes with a damp cloth or wet wipe to remove dirt and stains. We recommend that you periodically remove your insoles and machine wash, cold to keep things extra fresh.
We do not recommend washing the shoes themselves in the washing machine.

Clove shoes are designed with the needs of healthcare workers in mind. However, anyone who wants a sneaker that's insanely comfortable and easy to clean can wear Clove shoes.
We designed the shoe to have a full rubber sole for extra grip from toe to heel. The rubber itself is a really grippy formulation that can cause squeaking, but it should get better over time with wear. If you wipe and dry the sole of the shoe, it typically helps to reduce the squeak!

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Many of our sizes and colors are on pre-order and will ship as indicated at check out!

Standard U.S. shipping is expected to deliver within 5-7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Standard shipping to Canada, is expected to arrive within 10-12 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
With our 2 Business Days shipping option your package will arrive within 2 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Overnight Shipping will arrive within 1 business day after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
For exchanges for size, start by visiting our Returns Center. You will be able to choose your exchange online which will be shipped as soon as you drop off your item in the mail.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges on Canadian orders, however, you may return eligible items and repurchase your preferred size.

Once your return items have been dropped off in the mail, your exchange order will be placed and you will receive an email confirmation. If your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is scanned via the carrier, your original order will be refunded. Exchanged items are processed once the returning items are received—not any time beforehand.

How to get your Duties & GST/PST refunded (Canada Only)
As a Canadian customer, you will be eligible to reclaim the Canadian import duties and sales tax (GST/PST) for your return through Canada's Casual Refund Program.
To do so, please download THIS Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) form and follow the instructions. In order to successfully complete the form, you will need two pieces of supporting documentation to receive a refund from CBSA:
1. Your order refund confirmation email from Clove 2. The import details report that shows how much duties/taxes were paid. To obtain this, please email our international shipping carrier, Passport, at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Passport Tracking # in the subject line. They will reply with attached documentation.
Once your items have been dropped off in the mail, and reviewed by our team your refund will be initiated immediately. Please include the original packaging. Returns made at one of our in-person locations will be issued immediately.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
Your order number can be found in the subject line of your order confirmation email.
