CLOVE “10 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS” SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The “10 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on December 3, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 12, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Clove (“Sponsor”). By participating, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should contact Sponsor at support@goclove.com with any questions.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

“Immediate Family Members” include parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and spouses.
“Household Members” include individuals who share the same residence for at least three months per year.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. PRIZES

  • Ten (10) Clove gift cards redeemable only at www.goclove.com (ARV: $500 each). (Entries on ALL days are eligible)

  • Two (2) Clove gift cards redeemable for ten (10) pairs of Clove shoes or boots each, redeemable only at www.goclove.com (ARV: $1,650 each). (Only entries on 12/3 and 12/12 are eligible)

  • One (1) Clove gift card redeemable only at www.goclove.com (ARV: $500). (Only entries on 12/5 are eligible)

  • One (1) Fabletics gift card (ARV: $200). (Only entries on 12/7 are eligible)

  • One (1) Owala gift card (ARV: $200). (Only entries on 12/7 are eligible)

  • One (1) Bala gift card (ARV: $200). (Only entries on 12/7 are eligible)

  • One (1) Customized Fabletics wardrobe (ARV: $500). (Only entries on 12/9 are eligible)

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household over the entire contest period.

Gift cards are subject to their issuer’s terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor, who may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor makes no warranty regarding any prize.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, Entrants may enter online by EITHER: A) completing the entry form available at https://www.goclove.com/10days, or B) making a purchase.

Limit one (1) total entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.

NOTE: the specific prize(s) for which you are eligible depends on the day on which you enter the contest, please refer to section 3 above for full details on prize eligibility by date of entry.

Automated or robotic entries are prohibited. Any attempt to obtain more entries than allowed (including through multiple accounts or identities) may result in disqualification. Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Sponsor or its designated representative will conduct a random drawing on or about December 16, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via the email address submitted with their entry within approximately 14 days of the drawing.

Potential winners must accept their prize by responding to Sponsor’s email within 30 days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for email failures, including inactive accounts or spam filtering.

If a potential winner does not respond or the notification is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor may require winners to complete and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) as a condition of receiving a prize.

7. PRIVACY

Personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://goclove.com/policies/privacy-policy.

By entering, Entrants consent to Sponsor sharing their information with Promotion Entities for administration, prize fulfillment, and for inclusion in a publicly available winners list.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Promotion Entities from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:
(a) inaccurate or failed data transmissions;
(b) unauthorized access to or alteration of entries;
(c) technical malfunctions of any kind;
(d) network or website unavailability;
(e) discontinued service; or
(f) damage to any device resulting from participation.

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for reasons including virus, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and may award prizes in a fair and equitable manner.
