Refund policy

How do I make an exchange?
For exchanges start by visiting our Returns Center. You will be able to choose your exchange online which will be shipped as soon as you drop off your item in the mail.

When will my exchange order ship?
Once your return items have been dropped off in the mail, your exchange order will be placed and you will receive an email confirmation. If your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is  scanned via the carrier, your original order will be refunded. Exchanged items are processed once the returning items are received—not any time beforehand.

How do I return my order?
Start by visiting our Returns Center. You can print a shipping label and drop off or schedule a pickup with the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. We charge a $10 restocking fee for returns.

How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?
Once your items have been dropped off in the mail, and reviewed by our team your refund will be initiated immediately. Please include the original packaging. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
